Over £40,000 Raised in Memory of Loved Ones via ‘Tributes and Donations’ Platform

Through the generous donations made by families and friends in memory of their loved ones, a total of £41,942.95 has so far been raised for various UK charities via our new online ‘Tributes and Donations’ platform.

Launched on 15th September 2016, the ‘Tributes and Donations’ platform is a free of charge service that provides our customers with a personalised tribute page, designed to celebrate and remember the life of their loved one.  It is an invaluable tool for announcing funeral arrangements, as well as a place for families and friends to share their precious memories, stories, photos and videos, or light a virtual candle in remembrance.  This service provides great comfort and support to those left behind, helping them through the difficult and emotional grieving process.

An integral part of the Tribute Page is the Donations facility where the family can choose a charity in memory of their loved one.  Whether it be a large national charity of small local hospice, that helped their loved one in their final days, this facility is set up to process all donations securely and quickly, taking any administrative burden away from the family.

The ‘Tributes and Donations’ service is a practical and supportive tool which is easy to use on a computer, tablet or mobile device.  Customers have complete control and are free to upload their memories at any time of day, from anywhere they choose. The page will also last forever, thereby keeping their loved one’s memories alive for future generations to come.
